On behalf of myself, Susan Jakes and Misty Blue-Terry, we are so excited about the variety and quality of the sessions that you have proposed for the Extension State Conference. We wanted to share information to help you prepare for January 6-8.
  • Please check this website often for updates! Coming soon will be directions for downloading the conference app, as well as the full program that you can print for your reference.
  • Presentation slide templates with the conference theme are available for your use if you wish (see Event Resources)!
  • Registration for sessions will continue through December 13. If you have access to XLMS, you can see the list of registrants for your session, print a QR code to provide to participants so they can check in, print a participant list, and email participants if necessary. It is very important to check in participants and add any who came but didn’t sign up so they can receive the session evaluation.
  • If you do not have access to XLMS and would like information for your session mentioned above, please contact me (Susan Kelly) and I will send them to you.
  • Participants who are checked in will automatically receive evaluations to complete for each session. They will be reminded several times! View an example of our standard session evaluation (it cannot be changed). We will also have a general session evaluation at the end of the conference.
  • We will have Dell laptops and projectors in each of the 21 breakout rooms. Please bring your presentation on a flash drive. You may be able to use your laptop, but don’t depend on that option.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you haven’t registered for the conference, contact Eleanor Baker ASAP!
Thank you again for contributing to the concurrent sessions and enriching our conference experience!
